librime-dev software package provides Rime Input Method Engine, the core library - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librime-dev
librime-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librime-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librime-dev *
You will get with librime-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
